Dave Nettle
Trainer and Program Lead
With roots in alpine and big wall climbing dating back to 1972, Dave brings over five decades of vertical experience to industrial rope access. A SPRAT Level 3 credentialed professional, has logged 12,600+ verified hours of training, and remains active today training Bureau of Reclamation teams and aerial tramway rescue personnel.
Chris Nischan
President of Skyline Access
President of Skyline Access and Ropecraft Academy, Chris has held his SPRAT and IRATA certifications since 2011 with over 9,000 rope hours across a wide range of challenging environments including high-rise buildings, bridges, stadiums, arenas, dams, wind turbines, oil refineries, and chemical plants. Chris specializes in rope access operations, work at height safety, and technical rigging in complex industrial and commercial settings.
Fernando Molina
Director
Fernando began his career as a high-altitude climbing guide in South America, leading expeditions to Aconcagua. Now SPRAT and IRATA Level III certified, he brings over a decade of rope access experience across iconic NYC structures, industrial sites, and entertainment venues. As Project Manager at Skyline Access LLC, he leads operations, training, rescue planning, and team management in both English and Spanish.
